BlindsPro CRM is a multi-tenant application. Each business account is completely isolated. Your customer data, jobs, quotes, and business information are never visible to other businesses using the platform.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with row-level security enabled. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our servers are located in North America.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing. You can view it at stripe.com/privacy.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. You can request data export at any time by contacting support.
